Luxury Brands Open New Boutiques in Dubai and the UAE in 2025
Dubai is strengthening its position as a global hub for luxury shopping, with a wave of new boutiques opening in the UAE in 2025. Leading international fashion houses and lifestyle brands are choosing Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates as key destinations, responding to growing demand from both residents and tourists.
Among the most notable developments, Majid Al Futtaim has announced a major expansion of its luxury portfolio. The group will introduce more than 30 new stores across the region, including the Middle East debut of Italian menswear brand Corneliani and multiple openings for Eleventy. Luxury furniture house Poltrona Frau will also reinforce its presence, underlining Dubai’s appeal beyond fashion and into high-end lifestyle.
Italian menswear label Brioni has opened a boutique at The Dubai Mall, offering ready-to-wear, leather goods, fragrances, and bespoke tailoring. Designed with timeless Roman elegance, the store reflects the rising interest in “quiet luxury” among UAE clientele.
Accessories brand Golden Concept has also launched its flagship store at Dubai Mall’s Maison Luxe. Known for luxury Apple Watch cases and statement jewellery, the boutique allows Middle Eastern customers to experience its collections first-hand.
At the same time, Jil Sander has unveiled its first Dubai boutique at the Mall of the Emirates, while Skims, Kim Kardashian’s globally acclaimed brand, announced the opening of its first Middle East store in Dubai this year.
